Shoot for the Sun (#1 Sunrise)

What’s up, what’s up everyone? Welcome to HYLO ART! How are you feeling? I hope you’re doing well. Thank you for taking time to read our first “Shoot for the Sun” HYLO Art blog. We really appreciate it! (100). “You could’ve been anywhere in the world but you’re here with me” (Jay-Z). Launching this blog feels like our very first team Sunrise. Let me take a few seconds to introduce HYLO to the world.

Who are we? We are HYLO ART Entertainment. HYLO = Highs +Lows of life. We are a small family, veteran and black owned independent entertainment company started 2019. We are based in Columbia, South Carolina. We rap, sing, act, direct and do all things entertainment but we specialize in comedy skits and Hip-Hop.

Our team members are Chris Mohead (rapper, actor and director), HYLO Santana (rapper, actor and director), Kwame (stylist, singer), Shaggy Rasta (comedian, actor).

Why we started? We started HYLO because we want to change the world by helping children, homeless, single mothers and ourselves.

How we started? We came together one day and decided to film a skit. After that we decided to make it official in April 2019 and created HYLO Art as an LLC. We will cover this in more detail in future blogs but if you want to know now our book is available on Amazon.
